Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product specifications and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Orders

Delivery

If goods arrive visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and affected parts.

UK Canopies cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable wall surfaces, extreme weather conditions, structural movement or modifications made after delivery.

Returns & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the size and nature of our products, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed after returned goods have been received and inspected.
