We hope you are happy with your purchase from UK Canopies. If you need to contact us regarding an order, cancellation or return, please do so as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will instead fall under our returns policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the size and nature of our products, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Please ensure all components are securely repackaged before return to help prevent transit damage.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue with any components, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Installation
We strongly recommend checking all parts prior to installation. UK Canopies cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during installation, incorrect installation methods or installation onto unsuitable surfaces.
