Delivery & Orders

How long does delivery take?

Most UK mainland orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Yes — we offer delivery to Ireland and selected international destinations.

Are customs charges included for Ireland?

Yes — customs and duties for Irish deliveries are handled by us where applicable.

How are the canopies packaged?

Our canopies are securely packaged as flat-pack kits to reduce transit damage and allow easier handling during delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes — tracking details are normally provided once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and any damaged parts so we can assist quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production or dispatch has already begun, changes may not always be possible.

Installation

Are your canopies easy to install?

Yes — our canopies are designed as DIY-friendly flat-pack kits and include instructions and fixings.

What tools are required for installation?

Most installations require basic tools such as a drill, ladder, silicone sealant and standard hand tools.

Are installation instructions included?

Yes — installation instructions are included with the canopy. PDF instruction guides may also be available on selected product pages.

Is flashing included?

No — flashing is not included, as installation requirements vary depending on the wall type and property.

What sealant should I use?

We recommend using a suitable exterior-grade weatherproof silicone sealant to help seal the canopy against the wall.

Can canopies be installed onto render or insulation?

Yes — our canopies can usually be installed onto render, brick, stone and many insulated wall systems using the correct fixings. For insulated render systems, longer fixings and spacers may be required.

Can canopies be installed onto slate walls?

Yes — however, slate-faced walls may require additional care and suitable sealing methods depending on the installation surface.

Do you offer installation services?

No — we currently supply canopies only and do not offer an installation service.

How long does installation take?

Installation time can vary depending on the canopy model and wall type, but many installations can be completed within a few hours.

How do I choose the right canopy size?

Please check both the overall canopy width and the distance between the support brackets before ordering. Product dimensions are listed on each product page under the heading 'details'. If you are unsure which size is suitable, feel free to contact us with a photo and measurements of your doorway.

What is the difference between overall width and bracket spacing?

The overall width includes the full roof overhang, while bracket spacing refers to the usable wall space required between the support brackets.

How much wall space is needed?

Please ensure there is enough clear wall space for both the support brackets and roof overhang before ordering.

Can the support brackets be repositioned?

No — the brackets are designed to fit in their intended positions for correct support and appearance.

Which canopy is best for wider doors?

We offer several wider canopy models suitable for larger doorways and entrances. Please contact us if you would like assistance choosing the best option.

What makes HDPE different from GRP or timber?

HDPE is a durable, low-maintenance material that does not require regular painting or treatment like timber and is less prone to cracking or chipping compared to some traditional materials.
